Corporate - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No recurring payments Any corporation committed to accomplishing the Florida Lighthouse Association’s mission and purpose is eligible for corporate membership and may be admitted to membership upon payment of such membership fees as may be set by the Board of Directors. The Board reserves the power to review and approve new corporate membership applications. Each member corporation will designate a “Voting Delegate.” Each corporate member is permitted to place the corporation’s logo with a link to the corporate website on the Florida Lighthouse Association’s web site Corporate Member page.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING REPRESENTATION
Each member corporation is entitled to 1 vote at membership meetings. If the designated corporation’s “Voting Delegate” is unable to attend a membership meeting, they may designate an “alternative Voting Delegate” by notifying the board secretary in writing or by email before the membership meeting. Each member corporation is entitled to send at total of 2 people at the membership rate to FLA membership meetings . The “Voting Delegate” will be solely responsible for registering their corporation’s 2 attendees for each meeting.

Family - $35.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No recurring payments Any family committed to accomplishing this Corporation’s mission and purpose is eligible for family membership and may be admitted to membership upon payment of such membership fees as may be set by the Board of Directors. The Board reserves the power to review and approve new family membership applications. Each family is entitled to 1 vote at membership meetings and should identify a family “Voting Delegate.”

Individual - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No recurring payments Any individual over the age of 18 committed to accomplishing this Corporation’s mission and purpose is eligible for individual membership and may be admitted to membership upon payment of such membership fees as may be set by the Board of Directors. The Board reserves the power to review and approve new individual membership applications. Each individual member is entitled to 1 vote at membership meetings.

Lighthouse Member ~ Delegate - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No recurring payments FLA's Board of Directors will bestow Lighthouse Membership on each lighthouse group (non-profit, lessee or owner) that pays annual membership dues. Each member lighthouse will designate a “Voting Delegate.” The Board reserves the power to review and approve new lighthouse group membership applications. Lighthouse membership privileges include:

BOARD REPRESENTATION: Each member lighthouse is entitled to 1 vote on the Board of Directors. If the designated lighthouse’s “Voting Delegate” is unable to attend a board meeting, they may designate an “alternative Voting Delegate” to vote for that lighthouse by notifying the board secretary in writing or by email before the board meeting.

The “Voting Delegate” will be solely responsible for registering their lighthouse’s 3 attendees for each meeting. Each of the member lighthouse’s 3 registered attendees is entitled to 1 vote at that FLA membership meeting (total 3 votes).
